How to grow your glutes with delicious food 🤤

Yep, that’s right.

Who said growing your glutes had to be a bland journey?

Not me! 😝

I'm here to prove that mouthwatering meals and a marvelous booty can be partners in crime.

Like c'mon, nobody likes to eat blend boring foods to stay healthy.

This is maybe the biggest misconception you could have.

If you've been dreaming of a derrière that could stop traffic, then you're in for a treat (literally)! 😉

Foods that are made for growth

🥑 Avocado Admiration 🥑

Avocado toast? More like "avocado boast"! These green powerhouses are loaded with healthy fats and vitamins that your booty craves. Mash some on whole-grain toast, sprinkle with red pepper flakes (for that extra sizzle), and voilà – you're fueling your journey to a perkier posterior!

🍫 Chocolate Charisma 🍫

Who said chocolate couldn't be part of the glute-growing game? Dark chocolate contains antioxidants that support muscle recovery. So melt some dark chocolate, dip in strawberries, and flex those taste buds while you flex those muscles!

🌶️ Spice Up Your Glutes 🌶️

Spice lovers, rejoice! Spicy foods like chili peppers rev up your metabolism, giving your booty a little boost. Add some jalapeños to your meals, and let your glutes feel the fire!

🥓 Bacon Bliss for Booty Gains 🥓

Bacon lovers, this one's for you! We've got good news: lean bacon is packed with protein that your glutes will adore. Fry up some slices until they're crispy and irresistible, then pair them with whole-grain waffles for a breakfast that's both cheeky and charming!

🧀 Mac 'n' Cheese Meets Mac 'n' Glutes 🧀

Ever heard of mac 'n' cheese that could help you conquer the stairmaster? Well, meet our secret weapon – Cauliflower Mac 'n' Cheese! Swap out pasta for cauliflower, drown it in creamy cheese sauce (opt for the low-fat version if you're feeling virtuous), and take a step closer to those gravity-defying glutes!

🌽 Cornbread Confidence 🌽

Get ready to have your taste buds do the tango! Cornbread is not just a Southern delicacy; it's also a glute-growing gift. It's made from cornmeal, which is rich in fiber and complex carbs. Bake up a batch, slather on a smidgen of honey, and shimmy your way to a shapelier you!

This is the most important part.

Growing your glutes is stupid simple.

If you know where to focus on.

Eating the foods above 👆 is good.

But certainly not enough!

Most people know WHAT foods to eat, but not WHY...

That's where mistakes are born.

Honestly, you might be in the wrong too. 😕

You know what foods are "healthy".

But not WHY they are healthy.

The moment you get basic understandings of your food.

That's the moment you'll start growing.

While eating delicious foods of course. 😉

Believe me, you don't have to be a rocket scientist to understand this.

Even better, you can learn it in under 5 minutes.

There are 100's of scientific studies you could read.

But that would be too boring and totally unnecessary. 🥱

So I've studied them all for you. 🤓 (took me quite some hours)

I summed up 10 of the most important takeaways.

🥙 Healthy Snack of the week

Nut Butter Apple Slices

Ingredients

  • 1 apple (any variety you prefer)
  • 2-3 tablespoons of your favorite nut butter (such as almond butter, peanut butter, or cashew butter)
  • Optional toppings: sliced bananas, chia seeds, honey, cinnamon

Preparation

Wash and Slice the Apple:

Wash the apple thoroughly under cold water and pat it dry. You can peel the apple if you prefer, but the skin contains additional nutrients and fiber. Slice the apple horizontally into rounds, removing the core and seeds from each slice.

Spread the Nut Butter:

Take a tablespoon of your chosen nut butter and spread it onto one side of each apple slice. You can spread it thickly or thinly based on your preference.

Optional Toppings:

If you want to add extra flavor and nutrients, you can sprinkle your nut butter-covered apple slices with any of the following:

  • Sliced bananas: Adds natural sweetness and potassium.
  • Chia seeds: Provides additional fiber, omega-3 fatty acids, and texture.
  • Honey: Drizzle a small amount of honey over the slices for extra sweetness.
  • Cinnamon: A dash of cinnamon adds warmth and flavor to the snack.

Arrange and Enjoy:

Arrange the nut butter-covered apple slices on a plate. You can create a small stack or lay them out in a circular pattern. Add any optional toppings you've chosen.

Enjoy Your Nut Butter Apple Slices!
